"Fantastic!!! They are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, kind, very diligent and take a wholistic approach to solving your problem. They’ve done a variety of work for us and our family, and have always found or build the best solution while being conscientious of affordability. Our house was built in 1950 with hot water heat and no a/c. They rerouted and eliminated many pipes to streamline the heating system (which was an amazing feat!) and also figured out how to install a regular forced air a/c system, including hand made ducts so we didn’t have to incur the expense of multiple individual mini splits. They worked ceaselessly to ensure we had our brand new a/c for our sons wedding in August!!! Everyone greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication!! Especially the Bride and Groom!!! The other plus about Sideco is they are family owned and currently operated by three generations! FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

So if you’re looking for something ASAP then most likely I can’t help but occasionally I I can get to some. So it’s best if your able to plan ahead. I perform home repairs and remodeling. My work varies from small repairs such as drywall patches, hanging doors, trim work, handrails to remodeling bathrooms, kitchens or basements. I try to keep the work I do limited to what Dan and I can do. I will sub out larger plumbing and electrical work when needed. I've got away from working on roofs. I provide free estimates when I have time to look at jobs. I don't mark up the price on materials. I'm sorry I don't take credit cards. Cash or checks are fine.
