"After Select Home Warranty refused to replace my HVAC and used the excuse that it was a carbon monoxide leak, in spite of the fact that the carbon monoxide leaked because the heat exchanger ruptured with is the death of the unit; I contacted Tim Sidelinger at Sideco. He came very highly recommended by a family whose members had used the company for years. Tim came over, looked at the unit and immediately ordered a new one and had it installed and running within 3 days. He was honest, efficient and treated me very respectfully. His son is in training right now and will be the third or fourth generation of the family running the business. We are so lucky to have a company with people like the Sidelingers."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
