Jim and Dan did several plaster repairs and painted as needed to our complete satisfaction. Work was scheduled and done in a timely manner and with quality workmanship.

Had the garage plastered and paints. Once it was finished, Jim felt the floor needed painted to make it look good. He was right. The garage looks great and Jim did a fantastic job.

Not only did he do a great job which we were completely satisfied with, but he used different varnishes to blend the color to camouflage the damage of the stripped varnish. It looked almost as if there was never any damage to begin with and did this all in a span of 3 days from the day I called to completing the job. Much appreciated his timeliness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend him and his work.

Very well. I haven't used Jim's services in awhile due to some insurance issues. I have done a good deal of minor repairs myself.

Work was performed in a professional manner. The results were up to expectation. Jim's attention to detail is obvious in the results. The shadow boxes had been made of solid birch, and Jim was careful to remove the wood so that it could be used again on another project. We are new to the area, and Jim was very helpful with area information as well.

It went well. I had to push the appointment back half an hour yet James was cool about it which is much appreciated. He installed the fixtures and the sink now performs well. He also had a few needed parts in his van which was great because he didn't have to run to a hardware store. I am pleased. Keep up the good work!

Affordable & Absolutely beautiful. Perfect job without any blemishes to the painting and perfect corners on the floor all around the room and in closet. We have been waiting for 20 years to remodel this room and could not be happier with the finished product. Jim was done in 2 days and cleaned up everything as requested. Jim came in under budget also a real pleasure we never enjoyed before. He covered my carpet floors while the job was in process, no other contractor who worked on our house over the past 2 years ever did that, we really appreciated that touch. My carpets are old but I have them cleaned once a year so that was a big relief to me. We are planning out a series of other quick projects and will have those quoted soon. We don't have any time lines so we can just fit right into Jim's schedule as he has openings. We just can't say enough about how pleased we are. I will post pictures when we are done restoring and installing the floor molding.

Mr. Sawyer was very professional. His work did quality work for a reasonable cost. He responded quickly to my request and got the job done in the projected timeframe. I was very pleased that I chose Jim to do this work.

Great! Jim ran my water line through another room in order to get it to my basement. You cannot even tell the line runs through that room because he was able to take off trim and run it behind! I assumed it would be visible but it isn't which I love! He cleaned up after himself and was very friendly! He will be my go to contractor from now on!
