Ben and Nate were on time, they explained everything and were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions--very personable. The removed and replaced my old water heater and replaced some old piping. The finished product was great and they cleaned up the little mess their work created. I will be calling them again for future projects.

After unsuccessfully hiring 'root-based' issue, Elite was able to 1) identify the true cause of the issue which was actually caused by Verizon's excavation of our frontage/sewer asccess, completely cutting through our sewer pipe to the sub system, and 2) managed to dig through our access sewer portal to release the unbelievably horrid build-up that resulted from 2 weeks of this nightmare. They assisted me in contacting the Pinellas County Utility folks who were dispatched to address the broken sewer pipe issue.

Everyone was very thoughtful and concerned about the problem and taking care of it quickly. They even called back to check to see how everything was. I was very impressed with how wonderful and thoughtful everyone was.

Kenny and his team saved the day, my kitchen faucet supply line started to flood my house and they arrived within 45 mins of my call. They fixed the issue and also cleaned up the mess and gave me referrals to fix my house

Use with caution - if you have a problem they just ghost you! We really trusted Kenny, should not have done that! Little does he know when we had someone else come to look at our problems they were an easy fix. The hot water heater temperature was adjusted to a little bit warmer, no more issues with that and the new cartridge was installed wrong; once it was re-installed it works fine. Never using or recommending Elite Plumbing of FL again!
