He came very highly recommended by a family whose members had used the company for years. Tim came over, looked at the unit and immediately ordered a new one and had it installed and running within 3 days. He was honest, efficient and treated me very respectfully. His son is in training right now and will be the third or fourth generation of the family running the business. We are so lucky to have a company with people like the Sidelingers."
