Work completed to my expectations.

I want to share my terrible experiences with Tri-State Roofing â Owner Paul and the Sales-Rep Brian are worse than any used car dealer and 100% dishonest and deceiving. Worst experience ever! Just toss old shingles and debris onto the lawn and leave it, then want $650 for a dumpster even the signed contract clearly states removal was included; you discuss that one of the porches is included before committing with them, share all insurance paperwork and shake hands, then they exclude and want another several thousand for one small porch quoted at less than half by everybody else, then do not provide proper paperwork to get reimbursed by the insurance â all I can say is run, run, run! Never experienced a worse contractor in my life!

After storm damage caused a leak, Brian returned my call and quickly made arrangements to meet and give me an estimate. He was remarkably clear in explaining the insurance coverages. I was also under a very limited time as I was leaving for the summer. Tri-State Roofing made sure to handle the job within a week of my estimate so I made my trip on time. The crew was awesome, very efficient! The cleanup was excellent and my neighbors appreciated the workers choice of music they played while working!

These guys are the company I ever dealt with. They found rotten wood replaced it, painted all my rusted metal vent caps. So everything matched shingles. Took off 2 layers, put on 30 sheets osb, reshingled and cleaned up in 12 hours. Totally awesome. Check these guys out. You won't be sorry.

Paul of Tri-State roofing in Pleasantville PA provided us with outstanding service. We actually got to talk to him the first time we called, he came out the same day and gave us an estimate that was a fair price for a roof replacement. Work started with in a week and was completed in one day. His crew were very hard workers and very efficient. Roof replacement was Owens Corning lifetime roofing system with TruDefinition Duration shingles. They do roof the right way with no short cuts. Water and ice seal, starter shingles completely around the outer perimeter, synthetic felt and roof ridge vents with shingle caps. All new exhaust boxes, and pipe vent seals. Shingles have an excellent choice of color as well. A thorough clean-up was down after the roofing was completed and the old roofing materials were haul away with a dump trailer. If you are looking into getting a new roof look no further than Tri-State Roofing, they are the best hands down.

Arrived bright and early, worked all day, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after, removed all scrape, I was totally satisfied.

These guys were great, they were here early both days, and when they were done they cleaned up the yard, just everything. The crew was very polite, and did the roofing fast YES I DO RECOMMEND THEM, THEY WERE GREAT !

The gentleman from tri-state roofing went on top of the roof. He measured the roof. He inspected the roof. I felt really comfortable with his evaluation of the roof. They did a good job of repairing the leaking section of the roof. I am very pleased with the results.

They were very prompt on arriving to provide an estimate of the work to be completed. After the contract was signed, they arrived well within the time frame quoted to complete the work. The work completed was excellent and was completed in a very timely manner. Once the job was completed, the site was cleaned up with no trace they were there except for the new roof. Would definitely hire Tri State Roofing again for future projects.

I have a roof that has flat areas and the rest pitched. One crew came and did the flat roof and another crew who came out 2 weeks later to do the pitched roof. They did a wonderful job. Only took both crews one day to finish. They cleaned up like they were never there.

He fixed the problem that other repair individuals could not. Try him first before you waste your $ on someone else.

Paul and Caleb were Awesome to work with! The price was more than reasonable. They offered an array of colors to choose from. The roof was torn off and replaced in just less than 2 days. They cleaned up everything so well you never would even know we had any construction done. The crew worked diligently and professionally. We could not be happier with our new roof.
