"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. We would highly recommend anyone needing brick or masonry work to use Michener Chimney and Masonry. "Lee's crew completed the job as expected, and we are very pleased. They showed up early and stayed all day for almost 5 days. Every day they cleaned up, and kept everything as orderly as possible. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work."

After poking around I found there was another small capacitor connected to the draft inducer motor. I tested it and found it to be even weaker. I will be replacing that as well. She also found a couple other things that needed corrected as well which she did. That was gas inlet pressure was too low and the condesate drain line was partially plugged."
