Lee's crew completed the job as expected, and we are very pleased. They showed up early and stayed all day for almost 5 days. Every day they cleaned up, and kept everything as orderly as possible. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work.

They did a splendid job. Got the fireplace work completed for the interior french drain people to do their work. They were on time, They were very neat. And they were very polite. I would give them 10 stars if it was offered.

On each chimney, Lee ground out any deteriorated mortar joints, re-pointed them with new mortar, replaced any spalling bricks, coated the concrete tops of the chimney's with CrownSeal chimney coating, and sealed the chimneys above the roof line with waterproof sealant. Lee also installed a chimney cap and ensured that the flashing was properly sealed. The quality of Lee's work was simply outstanding, and I highly recommend him.

I have had a terrible time getting a mason to give me an estimate much less actually do the work. Lee gave me an estimate and was able to complete it the next day - what a relief to have it done and done well. It looks great - I'm glad I ran into Lansberry Masonry!

Over the last two years, I used Lansberry Masonry a few times. They installed the limestone lentils above our windows, they have built a Belgium Block parking pod for our son’s car, and this year I gave them reasonably large project: to reset the entire brick patio around our pool. This job took Lee Lansberry’s small crew 3 months (4 people including Lee himself). They finished 2 days ahead of schedule and did a magnificent job. Every brick is not only reset perfectly, but it is also clean and bright (no fuzzy corners). I was not surprised. They came to work every day rain or shine before 8 AM and often worked past 4 PM. Great work ethic, great craftsmanship, great prices. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Lansberry Masonry!

There's a reason Lee and his team get rave reviews and after seeing his quality work, I understand why. We are about to remodel our kitchen and have to remove a window and brick it in before the project can start. Our home is a yellow brick, but with any color, it's always difficult to match the brick exactly. Lee went out of his way to find an exact match brick (stopping by my place twice to double check) and spent a good two days working to make the space look as if there were never a window. He also insulated and dry-walled my interior wall to be ready for my remodel. He kept in constant contact with me about scheduling and any questions- answering emails sometimes immediately. Lee and his team (his brother) were amazing to work with. They set the bar pretty high for my future construction projects.

Excellent repointing of a portion of brick mortaring (old house built 1895) that was turning to dust. Very punctual and professional. Four workers took 3 days to repoint the mortar. They taped plastic sheets/blankets over repointed areas. After the sheets were removed, they hosed the wall periodically. Nice work.

Lansberry Masonry was exceptionally professional, knowledge, competent and very collaborative. The owner, Lee Lansberry, did an excellent job of communicating with me on scheduling. There was no call the night before telling me they would be showing up the next morning. We spoke more than a month prior and more frequently as Lee go closer to what he thought was the actual start date. He showed up on time as promised and walked through the complete job again with me. He was patient with my questions and never made me feel as though I was intruding or causing interruptions when I occasionally stopped in to see how the work was progressing. He kept me informed of the job progress and discussed any changes or change orders. He made reasonable suggestions and gave sound advice for me to consider. I never felt as though he took advantage of his knowledge. His crew was polite and professional. They had access to our finished basement and treated it with the same care as one might to show to anyone else's' home. The work was done to the exact specifications outlined in the contract. The pricing was in line for the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, promptness, and fairness related to the job expectations. You can probably find someone less expensive but remember you get what you pay for. Lansberry was not the most expensive bid I received but the price was very fair for the quality of work and accountability for the work being performed. Your experience might be different but I would never hesitate to call Lansberry for more work if ever needed.

Mr. Lansberry was on time, did a great job and cleaned area after finishing job. So far the repair seem to be holding.

Lee Lansberry came up with a source who cut two (2) custom sized, single-piece stone caps. The cost of the caps was significantly less than the largest (yet too small) caps I could find. Installation went perfectly. The cleaning, repair and sealing of all the stone work was done quickly and cleanly. After two (2) years: All is well.

We had to wait for this service almost 6 months, but it was worth it. They installed new steel lentils and limestone above the windows of my house. They did a very neat, precise and very clean job. I am very pleased with their work. My house now looks terrific. They like what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. Being a manager I couldn’t help admire Lee Lansberry. Although he works alongside his man just as hard or maybe even harder, he is a true leader. It was a pleasure to watch this crew of 4 to work together.

Lee met with me at scheduled time (he was very prompt) and walked around the house and through the house to determine what needed done. He physically pointed out to me everything they would do and explained - in ways I understood - why and how this work would be done. He gave me a written estimate, broken down into four sections with four separate payments. He gave me a start date and finish date. They started exactly when promised and finished when promised. The project took two weeks and they cleaned up at the end of each day, never leaving a mess in my yard. They covered items and were very professional and careful while working. On the last day of the job all of their materials were removed and the inside and outside was left clean. Lee and his crew were polite, worked consistently, and respected my property. He came highly recommended and I am very pleased that I had him do the work for me.

Our project was complicated, to say the least, but everything came off smoothly. Lee was easy to work with, and kept us informed of what was happening through the whole process. We liked that. His crew was punctual, and professional. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We are really, very happy with how everything turned out. The new chimney looks much better than the original chimney, and is functional with a good draft. The new fireplace surround and fire grate were installed correctly and look like they were always there. I don't think we could have hired anyone better to do our work.

The work went very well. We were very pleased by the improved appearance of our chimneys. Very importantly, having the chimney caps replaced should help prevent incidents such as one we experienced last month when a bird flew in through the chimney !!

He was very knowledgeable. He was very timely and responsive. It was a very busy time at that time of year with fireplaces. He stuck us in between his appointments and we appreciated that.

And best of all we are thrilled with the end product which will allow us to turn the basement into a creative maker space with a really beautiful feature wall. Lansdberry did great work. I was s satisfied I hired them for another job repointing foundation stones in my basement.

The two man crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, performed the work, cleaned up, and were out by 3:30. The work was done carefully and professionally. It was exactly what I wanted. Lee Lansberry is very personable and was very receptive to my plan.
