It went great! We are buying a home in another town and have already reached out to Terry to do some repointing for us.

Terry is EXCELLENT. He actually showed up to give me an estimate. This is something 3 other contractors did not do. Terry explained exactly what needed done and noticed some areas that I did not see. He was prompt at giving me an estimate and explained that he had other jobs ahead of me but would get to me as soon as possible. When the day came Terry was there at the exact time he said he would be, completed the job and was kind enough to do some caulking between my steps and the house. My brother has been a contractor for 50 years. He was impressed with Terry's workmanship. Terry is a consummate professional; he does great work, he is prompt, very friendly, trustworthy and at a fair price. I would, without a doubt, use Terry again. I cannot go wrong hiring Terry.

There were gaps at the top of one of my basement walls, especially a large gap that allowed cold outside air and flies to enter. I contacted multiple contractors and masons. Terry was the lowest quote and flexible with timing. He showed up on time with an assistant, and did the job quickly. Though he had not quoted for parging, he found that might help, and did it without changing the price. The gaps have been filled and there are no more drafts. I highly recommend Terry.

It was great. TPK Masonry is a professional service that is skilled at all brick work. You need’nt hesitate in hiring. If you want dependable, honest, skilled and fairly priced this is the company for your job. There was a fair amount of deferred maintenance from the previous owners on our home and now it’s all beautiful and back to its original state. He did a fantastic job matching mortar too, which was a worry of mine in hiring.

I contacted Terry and he came out quickly to give me an estimate. I told him with all the rain, I was desperate to get this chimney done as quickly as possible. I received the quote in a couple of days and he was able to fit me in less than two weeks. I was unable to be home and he worked with me. My son put a flue liner in for me and took the original pictures of my chimney. I showed him the pictures of the finished work and he was impressed. Terry did an excellent repair job, took extra care with my metal roof and cleaned everything to perfection. He was extremely professional and I would recommend his work to anyone.

Great! The job was done very neatly and meticulously. The new mortar is a pretty close match to the old mortar so it looks nice. Terry is very personable and I felt very comfortable having him work on my house.

His company did an amazing job! he came in within one day, setup, did the work and left everything in great shape. Area was also cleaned, work was very professional. Excellent. Terry was extremely responsive and kept us up to date on the work itself and the dates the work would be performed. The work kept being pushed back due to poor weather but he was in touch every single day. He provided us with an extremely detailed estimate with an extremely competitive and reasonable price. In fact, he was the lowest estimate by far and the most pleasurable to deal with during the entire quote process. The sidewalk and stairs came our fantastic and I highly recommend TPK.

Terry and Mike repaired our front concrete steps and brick sidewalls. The steps were pulling away from the house due to settling, and some of the bricks in the sidewall needed replaced. They did a very nice job with the repairs and our steps once again look wonderful. I was concerned the new mortar color would not match the existing mortar weathered color, but my concerns were unwarranted. I can hardly tell the areas that were repaired and the color match was nearly perfect.

I called Terry regarding replacing lentils around several of my windows. He stopped the same day I called him and gave me a free estimate. I had received several estimates and Terry came in cheaper than the others. The weather was still cold, rainy and sometimes snowy. Terry kept in touch with me regarding when we could schedule the work around the weather. Terry and his coworker arrived on time. They were extremely neat and conscious of placing their scaffolding around my flower beds. I asked them to please stop and take a lunch break but they said no and they worked straight through until the job was complete. When they left everything was completely cleaned up, you would not know I even had any work done at my house. I was extremely impressed with Terry's expertise. My house looks wonderful. I would, and I have, recommended Terry to all of my friends and neighbors.

Great! I was very pleased at how everything went and how closely he match the mortar to the original color! They cleaned up after themselves very well too. I did not have any before and after photos to upload from my phone now, but I have some to share with potential customers who would like to see them.

Terry was excellent - I had a roofer come in before he did and they told me that the leak in my home was from the roof - they took my money and the leak remained - Terry changed his schedule to make my job a priority and resolved the issue - I would highly recommend him - he also completed these repairs while I was at work providing me pictures showing before and after results - I am extremely happy with his work and professional behavior

Great Work

Terry was very responsive. He came out to look at the job and give me an estimate. He went up on the roof to check out the issue (unlike other folks who gave me quotes), and gave me a fair price. He was up front and honest, saying it would be a couple of weeks until he could get the work done, which was fine for me. He called when he said he would, and came out within a few days once he had time in his schedule. He completed the work in one day, and he was very kind and thorough. I would highly recommend Terrence for masonry work.

After receiving quotes from 3 other masons, I decided to select TPK Masonry because I liked the level of communication that I received from Terrence. He explained in detail what needed to be done and spoke in a professional manner. He provided an estimate and stuck with the number that he quoted me. We had to wait a few days for proper weather, but when the conditions were right, he showed up promptly, rebuilt the section of the wall and cleaned up. I'm very happy with the service and have asked for and received a quote to have his company re-point the remainder of the wall that had the problem to ensure that I don't have another collapse. That project will start soon...

Terry did an excellent job for us! The home purchased was over 100 years old and had 2 chimneys that were identified in the home inspection as needing repair work. The work was not insignificant as the one chimney was difficult to get access to and as a result scaffolding was necessary. Work included chimney (2 of them) repointing, caulking, and capping an unused flue. Terry was on schedule, on time and on budget. His workmanship was excellent. Not only are the chimneys now safe but they look beautiful as they no longer have crumbling. Excellent job all the way around!

He did a really nice clean job and everything was great after he was done. The price was exactly what he quoted me.
