"Darin from House & Home contracted with us for a project which was a fairly small job at the beginning. My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. I fully endorse and recommend Darin and House & Home!"

"I am glad I called them to fix my bad roofing job over my porch from a different contractor who had good reviews non the less, not so ! I am only sorry I didn't call them in the first place. They had a lot on their plate when they had to fix my roof. Kind of complicated. Matt explained everything they were going to do and even talked to my insurance adjuster and attorney as well. In the end, they did a beautiful job and I think my porch roof will outlast my house!! Sam and John and the younger man, I think his name is Jeremy, were very efficient and cleaned everything up perfectly. I will call them again for my next home improvement job, 10 stars for them! **********"

We find communication on most projects, whether local or distant, is usually completed via phone and internet. There exists a triad between 3 major project aspects as quality, time and cost. A successful project requires a balance of the three. A well detailed set of construction documents will allow contractors to bid on the same "scope of work," competitively, thereby saving time and money. Our documents solve thousands of questions and become the basis of a solid legal contract.
