The team came out and tested for mold and showed us the results and explained why we needed remediation. They set up an appointment and were very prompt and friendly and showed us how they would proceed with the treatment. The remediation was completed and they showed us the follow-up results which were a big improvement.

Jeremiah and Frank came right on time they worked together perfectly, they were very efficient they did our heating ducts and dryer vent and showed us a problem with our dryer vent not reviled by others then showed pictures of before and after. we are very happy with everything.

Bob, Frank, and Gino were amazing! They were super nice and courteous! They were mindful of our cats and taking extra care to make sure that doors and vents were covered. They were in and out in a timely fashion still making sure to explain how everything works and to show the before and after pictures. The whole process from calling and discussing the process with Paul to the actual duct work being cleaned was seamless. I would recommend Bactronix to ANYBODY that needs their duct work cleaned and sanitized! Well worth it!

We just had the ducts cleaned in our 65-year old house previously owned by a heavy smoker and apparently never cleaned in the past. Carlos, Donte and Joel did a spectacular job! They arrived well within the 2-hour window. They were very friendly and accommodating - explaining all the steps along the way and providing before and after photos. I highly recommend Bactronix.

Frank and Zach were friendly, respectful, and performed the job as scheduled. Two minor issues beyond their control: the air scrubber did not get picked up the day after the long weekend and the expected dumpster wasn't there. Instead, the debris was collected in two bagsters on the front lawn without clarity how and when they would be removed/picked up.

These guys were great! I needed remediation to put a house on the market, and I searched for estimates. The first company provided an estimate 30% higher than what I ultimately received from Bactronix Corp. Additionally, Bactronix's estimate included the other half of the house, which wasn't part of the original estimate from the competing company. I can't be more pleased with the work.

From the beginning talking with Chris to the end the process was amazing. Carlos Frank and Brenden arrived on time, removed and cleaned the all the registers, and of course the air ducts. A problem arose that was not caused by them, but the AC had an issue and they stayed as long as it took to resolve it. Paul was a huge help during this and even followed up in the evening. Phone calls were returned promptly, questions answered without hesitation and problems resolved! I haven't seen this from any company in ages.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Shawn and Glenn at Bactronix! As a first-time homebuyer with asthma and horrible allergies, I was nervous about what might be lurking in my vents, but they made the entire experience not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable. They were some of the kindest and most personable people I’ve ever met. From the moment they walked in, they took time to thoroughly explain everything they were doing and offered me tips on home safety and maintenance that I never would have thought of. They even reminded me of regular checks I should do to stay safe and healthy in my new home. And get this - they fixed my garage door opener just out of the kindness of their hearts! That wasn’t part of the job at all. They never once made me feel dumb for asking questions, rather, they welcomed them and were incredibly honest and detailed in every answer. On top of that, they were hilarious, making the whole appointment fly by with lots of laughs. The results? Amazing. I could breathe more clearly within hours of coming back into my house. For someone with asthma and allergies, that is HUGE. They also send before and after pictures so you can see the amazing work they did. The attention to detail? Top-notch. They even vacuum your carpets afterward so any loose particles are taken care of. I will absolutely be using Bactronix again, and I’ll be specifically asking for Shawn and Glenn. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Bactronix did an amazing job - specifically Donte and Jeremiah. We made an emergency call to them on a Friday and they were at our home on a Saturday morning. We had a dead animal in our ductwork and the weather was hot - you can imagine how disgusting our home became in a very short time. We had all of our ducts cleaned with the two-step process - WOW, what a difference it made. The house feels so clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Donte and Jeremiah - so friendly, accomodating, really the best service I have had in a long time.
