Dylan and Kevin were very nice and professional. They took time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. There was no clean up needed on my part afterward. It was a great experience!

So, today I get to tell again how wonderful the Bactronix team is as Glenn and Dylan cleaned my home’s entire ventilation system! They were prompt, professional, informative, and most of all thorough! They showed me before and after photos and the readings they took to indicate their work! I am VERY happy with the results!

They explained everything they were doing, treated my home with care, and created a better environment to live in when the job was completed. Worth every penny and the peace of mind know that the dryer vent was cleared made it even better. Big difference, I do not think people realize how important it is to have this done if you own a home and have not had done in a while!

Corey and Dylan were my service technicians. They showed up on time and were very courteous. All my questions were answered regarding any odors or residual issues that may occur. They explained the process and finished according to schedule, actually a little earlier which suited me fine. Also they were respectful of the carpeting and took measures to protect it. This is definitely a company I would recommend.

Bob and Zane did an excellent job. They were very friendly as well as professional. They arrived on time and kept us well informed during the process. All ductwork was cleaned as well as the dryer vent. They also installed a UV air purifier. Clean up, after the job was completed, was excellent. I would highly recommend Bactronix.

Donte and Jeremiah did a great job cleaning our dryer duct. (So much lint!). Appreciated how they cleaned up both inside and out.

Donte and Jeremiah were awesome! They arrived on time, were polite, and put their shoe covers on each and every time they entered the home. They were efficient and helpful. Donte helped me to replace a shelving unit after finishing the job! I would definitely recommend them to a neighbor or a friend. One more thing, they returned my calls immediately.

We are very pleased with the job. Masson and Angelo were our techs and both did great work. Your system is excellent with the high powered vacuum, agitator to loosen dust, and the spray after.
