I had neighbors who used cheaper services, but all they did was replace shingles and nothing else. I now have a warranty that should last until well after I meet my creator. This was a higher cost than other companies but you also get what you pay for. My roof size was about 26 square

Once my unit was ready they installed immediately and despite challenges of being a building built in 1858 he and his team got it done. I was instantly impressed with the unit and can't say enough about being worth the cost! I could use my deck all day - despite the hotter than usual summer - had privacy with added screen - and the remote makes opening and closing it 'magic'. I wanted the option of removing coverage in the colder months so I could watch sunsets from inside. I will say the ads for Sunsetters don't do them justice - the canvas models are better looking than the ads show. Keith was low pressure but informative about the options. From demo to completion, the work was done in 9 days that included some delays due to rain. New deck looks great.
