"My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

He was also very knowledgeable about powderpost beetles, which was not true for several other pest management companies I contacted. I arranged to have Bill inspect the window frame and cavity after the window contractor removed it. He was very professional and identified the window frame as the location from which the beetles originated. Bill made several recommendations to the window contractor and took some beetles I had captured back to his office for detailed examination. The same day, he called me back and identified them as Lyctid powderpost beetles. Bill stated his opinion that further treatment of the window cavity was unnecessary. Although the window contractor would have paid Bill's inspection fee ($195) and for any treatment, Bill didn't charge anything! I was both surprised and impressed, and would highly recommend Summit for both professionalism and integrity."

Said she would not spray yard since we had a garden even though the 1st guy sprayed out there with the garden there. I was told they would inspect to find entry points and fix them which was never done. We caught several mice ourselves in catch & release traps and the cat even caught several in the back yard. Time for 3rd visit 6 months later so I called to cancel telling her they have did nothing in 6 months. So she informed me I would be receiving another bill for $100 for cancelling contract which I never signed. Very poor customer service here. If you can't do your job right why would I continue to pay you for nothing being done. Don't waste your money hiring these people because they had 6 months to prove themselves & didn't."
