As far as I know good, no obvious signs of infestation. However since this treatment was prophylactic in nature (that is preventative rather than addressing an existing problem), I can't say one way or the other regarding the 'quality' of the service. The service was provided professionally, on-time, and they were responsive to my needs. Specifically, most companies of this sort want customers to sign up to an annual multi-spray plan that I was not interested in, they listened to my concerns and agreed to the one-time spray option. Also were careful to stay away from fruit tree and vegetable growing areas in our backyard that I requested. Final comment, one of the reasons I went with this company is that as opposed to other pest control companies that do business in this area they were the only one that seemed to have a business license for operating in our city (Washougal), and that they had general liability insurance (some of the others apparently did not --- at least not as per the Washington State's business licensing on-line information).

They use products that are eco friendly. They are very professional. They even wear covers in the house to make sure they don't make a mess. When there was an issue that required them to return, they didn't charge me again. I've referred him to a number of people in my neighborhood.

Great experience with Pioneer! We called several companies and Pioneer offered the best prices and quickest response. They gave us a ballpark estimate by phone, and explained that their chemicals are rated safe for use by hospitals and daycare centers. Ben arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained the removal process, and suited up to remove the nest from a tall Arbor Vitae tree. We haven't seen a single yellow jacket since his visit. One of my neighbors has been dealing with a large franchise exterminator for a single problem, for two months now, so we are especially happy that we chose Pioneer.

Bill was on time and very thorough with the requested treatment and even treated the eaves and the windows around the house. He was also very patient in answering any and all questions. Went the entire summer with no sight of ants or spiders in the house.

We bought because we were having a sugar ant problem we could not solve permanently. They told us we might see a few ants after the initial treatment because it takes 2-3 weeks. The technician crawled under the house for awhile on the initial treatment...not fun I am sure. We did not see any for about 90 days (about the same time the 2nd treatment was due.) During the 2nd treatment (of 4) I told the technician that we had some problems with bees last year. He asked where, I showed him and he did a thorough treatment at no additional charge (we bought an annual preventative plan against almost all insects and critters) Very professional and we have not had any occurrence of sugar ants, bees, critters, or anything else besides a couple spiders.

It went flawlessly. We got a great deal and the service was excellent. They have been quick to respond to contact via email and phone. The service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. We are due for our next appt and they were very flexible with their scheduling - adjusting times/days to meet our needs. The service has been very effective and we did not have a need to call them out from our first service to our next one that is upcoming.

The arrived on time, he explained what he would do and went to work. He explained that the product used indoors was a food grade product that sticks to the ants and deters them from returning. I have not had any problems with those pesky ants since the treatment.

Punctual, friendly, informative. Purchased quarterly plan and glad I did, as the tiny beasts returned after about a month. However, I have not seen once since. $250 initial and $110 quarterly.

The experience as very good. It was scheduled quickly, they explained the process, what to expect etc. and the ants did keep showing for 2 to 3 weeks after treatment just as they explained but we have been generally ant-free since then
