It took several attempts at getting a response to my inquiry, only to learn they are not currently staffed to handle my issue. I lost several weeks waiting for a response, which could have (and should have) been handled within a day or two. This company might be good at what they do, but they get a D- for communication...

We had a horrible sugar ant infestation in our house/yard/neighborhood, where our own DIY research and treatments failed. The Nature First tech (Mike) was fantastic - he explained everything completely and told us what to expect given a January treatment. When the ants came back, they promptly did follow up treatment as per their warranty promise. I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so called them to address a separate new issue with beetle damage to wood in our crawlspace. Although they could have just treated for beetles, Mike pulled in Randy (owner) and they instead proposed installing a crawlspace ventilation system to address the root cause (crawlspace humidity) that triggered the beetles to emerge, and was likely causing other problems such as mold/mildew and stale air rising into our living space. I didn't expect this kind of thinking and solution from a pest control company, but it made sense and our prior experience on ant control was so good that I trusted them to go ahead with it. The results were spectacular - in addition to dealing with the beetles, my wife's mold/mildew allergy symptoms vanished quickly. Mike's workmanship installing our ventilation system was great - he refuses to do anything sub-par. I really trust these folks to do it right the first time. They delivered well beyond our expectations. I was really impressed by their knowledge, breadth, and ability to think things through. The support staff (Carrie and LIzzy) are great to work with as well.

I called on Monday and got an appointment for the day that i requested which was Friday. I was told that Mike would be the service technician and that he would be there at 8:30am. Mike showed up right on time. We discussed the problem that I was having and he explained what their product does and how he planned on administering the product. He answered all of my questions and then went to work. Within 30 minutes he was done. He left me with documentation about ants and some of their ant bait. As a customer, this is the kind of service that I want.

The woman who answered the phone kept giving me the sales pitch over and over again, couldn't answer my questions clearly about what services or options they offer, told me the fee was nine ninety-five without making it clear it was $995, gave evasive information, kept boasting that she talked to people all day and then went berserk when I told her she wasn't being clear.

The person that showed up was very profession and nice and explained what was needed to solve my problem. He advised if the treatment that was laid didn't solve my problem in 3 weeks to contact him and he will come back out free of charge.

Very well. The consultation was very thorough, and I got a report at the end with pictures. The initial consultation fee was waived since they found evidence of mice and set an appointment to do the repair work. The followup appointment was a few days later and went equally well. I feel like the amount of work done relative to the price (which was higher than I expected) isn't particularly great, but everything got done quickly and well.

Came out to do a rodent consultation. Found evidence of mine, and the inspection fee was waived and some work was done to prevent mice from getting back in. Traps were also set.

It went okay. The only problem is that it took two or three calls to get a confirmed time to inspect and treat and then to forward contract to the escrow company. Seems this pest control was very busy which might explain slow follow through.

From the first appointment, all technicians were professional, thorough, and friendly. I knew exactly what needed to be done and why. When a plumbing issue was discovered during their work, they prepped the crawl space for the plumber to work. Their prices for services were very fair.

They determined the pest was honey bee and control was beyond their expertise. They were only on site about 20 minutes and left. My problem with the service was that they charged $179 to just take a brief look. That is a very lucrative racket. Their identification of the problem and recommendation that I not kill the bees, is pretty standard. At least they readily admitted their inability to do the job Yet, to charge $179 to just admit they could not do the job seems excessive.

They were absolutely terrific. Both the inspector and person who laid the traps were personable, professional and very wonderful.

It turned out we had rates in our basement. They came to inspect to figure out where they were coming from. Spent a couple hours doing the inspection. Came back a few days later laid traps and sealed points of entry. Returned a third time to check the traps and for a follow up inspection.

They inspected the house for potential entry spots but couldn't find any that I hadn't already closed up. They said call back if the noise didn't go away in 2 weeks. It hasn't gone away but I will try someone else. I don't think they do squirrels.

I have some kind of animal ( possibly a squirrel) living in the area between the first story ceiling and the second story floor. There is no access to this area. I wanted the animal eliminated.

They checked my garage and crawl space to determine where the mice were entering and screened and caulked the entry points. They will return in one week to remove the traps they set and to screen off additional areas in the kitchen (they didn't want to screen them until they determined that all the mice were eliminated). I am very grateful they were able to come on Sunday (they had to cancel appointments due to the severe weather).

They didn't do much. For quality, I had a situation that was very difficult, they could have done more, For responsiveness, they were right here. Punctuality was fine, no problem. They didn't want to go where they needed to go to fix the problem. They didn't have any suggestions about what I could do. They did leave me with an ant killer that did work. I had to crawl in to the space and do it myself.
