good job, they Do a really good job Clean and a good price! I recommend the service.

This could have been an atypical day for Duran. The team is very kind and very efficient though they tore the Christmas lights off the house and said nothing. They also damaged a tree outside the scope of work that forced the tree to have to be completely reshaped to preserve its integrity. They cleaned up most of the debris from the job (not the entirety) and then left without saying anything. I thought they broke for lunch but received a call that they could not continue because the Climber was uncomfortable climbing and I would hear back shortly to reschedule. Three days later they called and by that time I had paid to have the Xmas lights reinstalled, cleaned up the remaining debris, and hired someone else.

The Duran crew were professional and yet friendly. I received an email the day before reminding me they were coming, they showed up early and had the tree cut and removed, the stump ground and the area cleaned up within an hour. The price was very reasonable - over $100 less than the next closest bid.

On time, very nice, explained everything to me. Retuned my calls right away. They came on time. They did an excellent job on my big oak tree. It looks great. I was very happy with them. They were very reasonable compared to some other bids I got. I am going to have the, back in the ne t month for another tree!!

They were prompt, responded to questions and setting up times very quickly. Easy to do business with, and very reasonably priced. Dropped 3 tress for us, they were in and out in only a couple of hours, you would have never known they were here. Very efficient, and quiet.

They need to improve their communication with customers. When the job was first scheduled for Friday, I was told by Gus that someone from the office would call me on Thursday to tell me what time to expect them. That never happened. I left a message Thursday evening, expecting someone to call me first thing Friday morning. That didn't happen. I called later Friday morning and was told they would need to reschedule my job due to an emergency tree removal, but that I would be their first stop this morning. No explanation was given as to why I wasn't informed of the need to reschedule until I called them. This morning I waited for hours but no one showed up or called. I finally called the office at 10:30 to find out what was causing the delay, but no one answered so I left a message. No one called me back. I called again at 11:00, and this time I was told I was the third stop on the schedule and they should be at my house any minute. No explanation was given as to why I wasn't first as promised. I called once more at 12:30 when they still had not arrived, and yet again no one answered the phone so I left a message, and no one ever returned my call. They finally showed up at 1:15 and told me I was their last job of the day. By that time I had canceled an appointment with my personal trainer for this afternoon because I didn't know when the tree service would arrive. Had they showed up first as I had been assured they would, or at least contacted me to let me know what time they expected to arrive, I would not have had to cancel. At least they did a decent job once they finally got here, but I won't use them again. I was actually dialing another tree service when I saw their truck arrive; had they been five minutes later, I would have hired someone else.
