The Crawlspace Crew was created by Dillon Rivera and Harlan Gross, long-time friends who have been working in the vicinity of one another for many years. As time passed, they gained the managerial experience required to run large crews and even whole companies. Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly.
