Excellent work by Nathaniel. He is very responsive and helpful. He explains what and how is is doing the work. He evaluated a shower system I had purchased and explained why it would not work for my tiled shower as the connections were too short to go through the backer board and tile. He helped me find a better shower system. He pitches in when something is needed and he really listens to my requirements. He made a couple of visits before starting the work to make sure everything was ready. He gave us great advice. I will use him again. I think he will be my plumber for life!

Brass Monkey Plumbing is an A+, 5-star operation. Recently I had a DIY plumbing project under the kitchen sink that went south due to corroded pipes. I called around and Nathaniel immediately stood out for his responsiveness and customer service. He tried to walk me through the project over the phone first, no charge. Ultimately, it was beyond my scope. Nathaniel came in and fixed the problem like a pro. As it turned out, that plumbing job was the tip of the iceberg with regard to my plumbing problems. Our house had polybutylene pipes (PB) and it all needed to be replaced ASAP. I asked for bids from three different companies and again, Nathaniel and Brass Monkey Plumbing came out on top. Nathaniel and his team came in this past weekend and repiped the entire house. It wasn’t an easy job either. Nathaniel had some difficult workarounds but he did it because he was responsive to my needs as his customer. Brass Monkey Plumbing gave me the best price, top of the line customer service, a strong innovative work ethic, and incredible professional skills. Thank you Nathaniel!

Excellent, Nathaniel was on time, the install went smoothly and he took extra time inspect my water heater. He has pride in his work and took the time to complete the job like it was his own house.

Nathaniel has done work for us twice, first visit was to install a new garbage disposal and repair a leaky faucet. A few weeks later we called to have our toilet valves replaced in the middle of flooring installation. He worked us in the next day so that the job could get finished. I called Brass Monkey for a water heater replacement. Nathaniel first guided me through trying to restart the pilot light which was much appreciated, some folks would charge a service fee to come look at it first. When it was clear the water heater was dead, he made an after hours call and replaced it on the same day. Excellent service!

FANTASTIC! Nathaniel responded right away to our Saturday call about a leaking hot water heater. He doesn't usually work on the weekends, but changed his plans, got a babysitter, and purchased a new hot water heater for us, and came to install it Sunday morning. He worked quickly, replaced connection parts that he needed to, and took the old one away, He also checked our instant hot water unit in the house and made recommendations about it. Fantastic service! Would hire Brass Monkey Plumbing again an instant! By comparison, the large plumbing company in town told us they couldn't help us until Monday (plus took 90 minutes to call back on Saturday!!)

Of three companies that I requested a quote from, Daniel at Brass Monkey Plumb is the only one who responded. We had a leak in the sink and we wanted someone as soon as possible. Daniel worked us in on Monday. He replaced the disposal timely and efficiently. He even gave us a discount. And he was very nice. I will call him again for my plumbing needs.

Nathanial was great. I called him about 8 o’clock in the morning to replace the hose inside my kitchen faucet, replace my soap dispenser and fix the stopper in the hall bathtub. I had been putting off the repairs because of COVID-19 but when the faucet became unusable, I couldn’t wait any longer. Nathanial told me his first available time was the next afternoon but he would see if he could work me in sooner. Five hours later he was in my house and fixing everything. He was fast, efficient, professional, personable and I felt his pricing was reasonable. He wore a mask and gloves and shoe protectors. I will definitely be contacting him again when we need a plumber. Highly recommend!

The space for the new dishwasher needed to be adjusted so it would fit appropriately. The project required several on the spot modifications of existing hardware and all were dealt with extremely well.
