The pro was great and apologized for being 2 hrs late. It was the day all the work vans had a necessary upgrade. He did his work in good time and was personable and honest. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink.

After listing my project on Angi List, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Legacy Plumbing within minutes. I paid $129 for someone to estimate the faucet replacement project. Later that day, I received the written estimate of $950. After the project was completed I was invoiced for $1630.97. After talking to the owner, I was told the original estimate was only for the hardware, when the scope listed on the estimate was, Replace decked tub faucet with a new oil rubbed bronze one after access is created for us. In speaking with the owner of the Company, I asked if it made any sense that I would ask (and pay $129) for an estimate to replace a faucet and they would give me an estimate just for the faucet hardware? She acknowledged they could have been clearer and offered to reduce the bill by $100. I would caution anyone who hires this company.
