"Excellent service. The pruning of the 2nd oak tree and the Hawthorne tree was done one day, and all other work done the next day. The 4-person crew was very professional, kind, and respectful of the property. The large oak I had removed was right up against a new fence, and not far from the side of my house. And, it was not in an area to get a bucket truck nearby. They arrived right on time at the start of the day and worked hard with minimal breaks - very impressive. They ground the stump from the large oak as well as grinding a couple of leftover stumps from previously removed holly trees. Their cleanup was superb! They even blew stuff off the top of my roof! And the wood cut down was nicely rolled together - not just dumped into a large messy clump! And, they were cheaper than another bid I got from a company here on Angie. I cannot recommend them high enough."

"From the first contact until the work was completed, Pacific Northwest Arborists was a professional, friendly company to do business with. Keith, the owner, came out to bid. I was impressed with how invested he was in saving our trees. Other companies we contacted were encouraging us to remove the trees. Keith offered realistic explanations and solutions to the various problems. Even to the point of saving a sapling shoot that was sprouting from the remaining birch stump in hopes that a new tree would result. The bid was very reasonable. "I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. We don't have the nicest house in the world but after they have been here we certainly have the nicest looking house in the neighborhood. Douglas and his team are responsive and professional and do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Our lot is 7,000 SF. We had a lot of leaves, mud, branches and shoots coming out of the ground from a plum tree's droppings. Although there's nothing they can do about the mud (and this was just a basic clean up - not an overhaul) It all looks beautiful now. When time comes for the overhaul, we will definitely call them. They are also very respectful of an area in the back garden where we have a memorial to several pets we have lost over the years. And one of the guys has a lovely singing voice. Bottom line, I would recommend Ramos in a heartbeat and we will continue to have our yard dome by them for as long as we live in the area.

"Brian was very quick at responding to our request. He was able to fit us in and arrived promptly at the time he had stated. He had his tree trimmer work on cutting back the tree while he worked on trimming the parking strip bushes. He made sure we were happy with how much was trimmed. Between the two of them, they cleaned up all the debris and loaded it in their truck. They were very fast and our yard looked great We have used their services in the past and have always been happy with their work. We will definitely work with them again in the future."

Arrived prepared to remove very large maple tree that grew to tall for a small backyard.
