After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved. We have struggled in the past getting landscapers to follow through with giving us bids so we were nervous about starting that process again. Other crews that we hired wouldn't complete the job as described and made us feel like we were being difficult for asking questions or speaking up. This was NOT the case with Robert and his team. "Work crew removed a tree approximately 15-20 tall without damaging surrounding shrubs or plants. They cleaned up all the debris. They came back a couple of days later and ground the stump to 15 inches below the topsoil. Again they cleaned up all the debris, and left the site clear. They were very careful and no other plants were damaged. Looks great. I'll call them next time I need landscaping or tree removal."

Then they continue to go 10 miles under the speed limit. Even though their hazard lights were on, not all of their hazard lights even worked and it doesn’t give them the right to potentially cause an accident. If their road safety is any indication of their work safety, I would never hire them."
