James inspected and documented (with clear photos and concise information) every aspect/area to determine if home had good bones, plumbing, electrical and if the roof was sound. I did hire this pro for a new home purchase inspection. He called me immediately and was willing to show up on a weekend as needed to accommodate our busy work schedule. I have not yet done work with him, but his prices seem fair and he seems quite knowledgeable. I will update one service is completed.
