"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

"Structured Holdings LLC was great! Wait, great is an understatement - Aaron’s work is impeccable. 1st I contacted him to provide a deck repair bid for a home purchase that fell through. But I was very adamant to work with him due to his wonderful kindness & patients with me as a new homeowner. So 3 wks. Later I purchased our home & immediately hired Aaron to install proper railings with returns. What blew me away way his ability to creat out customized banister to accommodate safety & partial removal features as needed. Let’s just say, he did that! I was truly amazed how he redesigned our 100 year old homes railway- which now is appealing. He also designed a remarkable barn-door for our bathroom replacing an old accordion door. When the barn-door is open it covers the linen closet. What’s cool about his design of choice is that it’s very discrete, perfect for a small hallway- he even accommodated my kids & disabled aunt by installing a beautiful large modern handle. For an average deck of about 300 square feet, you can expect to pay around $100. However, if you have a spacious 1,000-square-foot deck or more, expect that cost to be closer to $300 to $400. Likewise, if it’s been a long time since you deep cleaned your deck, the deck professional might need extra time and to use deck-specific detergent, which will increase the overall cost.
You should have your deck professionally cleaned twice a year—once in the spring and once in the fall. A springtime cleaning wipes away grime and mold that accumulated during the wet winter months, making it sparkly clean for summer use. Likewise, cleaning your deck in the fall allows you to wash away grease and leftover mess from the fun summer months rather than letting them soak into your deck over the winter.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
