He was transparent about the unknowns and worked hard to find answers and solutions. Although it was a costly project, we are pretty sure the final product costs were significantly lower than our other bid(s). Joe found very high quality sub-contractor workers and negotiated to a favorable price. And, he also held true to his word. Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. "Do you have a yard full of bark chips (or weeds), and you’d like a lovely landscape instead? Calling RCS Landscape is a good start. After contacting 7 landscapers through Angie’s List (3 of whom never called me back), I got 4 quotes for work in my back yard. Ricardo’s was the most reasonable, and he was able to start work sooner than the others. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. I have difficult access to my back yard, and Ricardo and his team were willing and able to work with it. They did a professional job on my retaining wall and paver path and patio, plus they were very patient in helping me place my boulders. In addition, they were personable, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that did not get communicated during my project. While Ricardo was able to fix one of them, it was too far along in the project to fix the other. I chose to do my own planting and mulching. With the professionally installed hardscape already in place, the end result is a serene and delightful spot I now call My Happy Place. My friends and family love it too! I would definitely put RCS Landscape on the list of people to call if I needed more work done."

"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

"It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"
