Great! He and Brad were early/prompt, upfront on costs, very friendly and did an excellent job.

I am currently working with them. It is a work in progress. They are working on the house. There prices have been very reasonable. They are honest and they are very good at what they do. They look out for the customer. They have saved me a lot of money. They won't recommend something that's not cost efficient.

Before meeting with Ron Dimmitt, we obtained several other estimates for replacement windows and installation. Ron's recommended window suggestions for our home was not only the best solution but also much less than all other estimates making it a very affordable solution. Of course, first thing was to measure for the windows, which was precisely done in order to get a perfect fit. Windows (and two patio sliding doors) were ordered and delivered to our home. They were here the next day to install. Old windows were removed, hauled away, new windows and doors were installed. Then, both exterior and interior trim was replaced. All workmanship was superb...everything from carpentry to the caulking. Some of the door and window openings were not level from the house settling some, so we were very pleased to have an experienced contractor who knows how to deal with all construction issues. Love the new windows, but even more, the excellence of the installation. Happy campers here!

He is very prompt and in fact comes a little bit earlier than the appointed time. He is very professional in his work ethic and cleans the mess up all the time leaving me nothing else to do but to admire the work done. He also has excellent ideas of how to solve problems. Thanks Ron!

Ron was great. He dropped by my rental, got on the roof and examed the old non-working fan. He then stopped by HomeDepot and looked up a replacement one he would recommend that would fit and be adequate for the attic size. I purchased it online and he came by early morning and installed it. It was quick and easy and he charged me exactly what he estimated. Very nice guy to work with as well.

We met with Ron and described our plans for a new deck and exterior door. He was very easy to talk with and listened to our wants and needs. He followed up with a quote that was within our budget. We accepted his bid and they began work in February. They were true to their word and very professional. Ron takes pride in doing everything the proper way. They removed the old decking and rails, installed new pressure treated beams and joists, leveled the deck, expanded our deck size, discovered, removed, and repaired some dry-rot on the exterior of our house under the old decking, installed new flashing to prevent future dry-rot, installed new decking and railing. The new deck is straight and true and beautiful. We couldn't be happier.
Ron is currently removing a window in our laundry room and installing a transom window door in its place. We will use Ron for all our remodeling needs.

The process wen on for a week or so. The were very thouroug in looking into the possibilities of where the water had come from. They did a great job of keeping me informed of what they were doing and what the various options were. They were very clean and did not leave debris for me to clean up.

He does excellent work at a great price. He is very communicative and gives us great ideas on how to make improvements.

Fine experience. He did exactly what I needed done, in a timely manner, and charged much less than I had expected. I used this contractor because he had done serious repair work on my house some years ago, replacing decorative and structural pieces that had been damaged by rot and by insects. His work was excellent and, I thought, priced very fairly. I will contact Ron again any time I need carpentry or remodeling work done.
