"Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."

"Ken and his crew are great to work with. I maintain my parents' rental home, and have had Ken's paint the entire interior when they had originally purchased the home and then four years later I had them paint the exterior, pressure wash the driveway and wash and seal the two wooden decks. His bids always come in very competitive and they do high quality work.

My latest job was a small one, but I had Ken's paint my doors (front and back, interior and exterior) which had been very scuffed up and were driving me crazy. Ken came to match the paint for the interior since I didn't know the color of white. His crew removed the doors and hardware, filled and sanded the doors, primed and painted them. They made sure that the paint edges of the old hardware were good and sanded because I was having new hardware that had different dimensions put in and I didn't want to see the old outline when it was done. He rehung them and my doors and the trim look fabulous!!!!

When I hadn't come home by the time his worker was done, Ken waited outside of my house for 1/2 hour until I rolled in since he didn't want to leave the house unattended! Since the doors were still a tad wet, he had gone ahead and put in the dead bolt loosely I could at least lock it up at night. He had also offered to put in the new hardware the next day, but I didn't want to bother him with that as I thought that was going way above and beyond!

"Fabulous. These fellows were thorough and clean, and I am continuing to admire the quality over a year later, as it still looks just newly caulked and painted. I think they did above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them. I had to tear out my deck this year, and it is clear that the paint crew went under the old deck, in hard to reach places, and completely painted the siding that no one would've seen. However, now that the deck is off the house, and won't be the same footprint as before, it's even more important that I won't have much repainting to do-- only where the old ledger and siding were removed by deck demolition. "I called right before the 4 July weekend and figured they would be busy and it might take Jack a while to get back to me.  It didn't take him long at all and he apologized at that time for the delay - clearly values being in good communication with the customer.  We set up a time for Jack to come take a look at the yard and he told me up front that he had a lot going on during the afternoon we selected, and gave me a window of time and told me he would call if he needed to change the schedule.  He did call to adjust the time - gave me plenty of notice and was very polite about it.  

When he arrive we walked through the yard together and talked about the initial cleanup as well as possibilities for an ongoing maintenance contract.  I talked with my husband about it and we are planning to try to do some of the cleanup at the front end on our own to cut back on costs, but we will likely get in touch with Pioneer for ongoing maintenance in the future.  When I called Jack to tell him this he was very polite about it - flexible about doing some or all or none of the cleanup, and still pleasant about the possibility for ongoing maintenance in the future."
