Nothing too major (reattach shower heads removed by first person, holes left unfilled in tile from door replacement)... would recommend taking care of at the time, I wasn't there."

They demoed the entire bathroom and installed new tile flooring (heated) and totally rebuilt the shower (neo angle style) that required extreme attention to detail for the glass shower walls and doors to fit correctly. They were great to work with and we always felt comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we were away. The completed project is beautiful and we’ve had many positive compliments about it. "I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue. Dorson is a man of his word and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."
