"I would highly recommend Bill for a tile project. He did a beautiful job in tiling our garden window, which included, putting some white ceramic tile with some decorative flower tiles on the bottom of the window and up the sides. I feel like he communicated very well with the project, including by email, and also in person. We also talked on the phone once and I appreciated being able to talk to him before booking him to do the project. I feel like he is a true professional, and he was able to advise me on the best layout of the decorative tiles with the plain ones. It is absolutely beautiful and it really makes us feel uplifted to look at it. I feel like he was a reasonable price for the work that he did. He was reliable, and he came on time both days. I also appreciate that he was tolerant of my dogs who are not always welcoming of strangers. I do believe overall the quality of his work would lead me to recommend him to others, and I would give some word of mouth reviews as well to my friends and family if they are looking for someone who would do a good job on tile. He told us a story about how he started learning tile from his father at age 10, and he definitely has some years of experience in learning the business, and now having his own business as well. I also appreciate being able to schedule the job within a short time as I know many people are busy, but I was really happy that I could get the job done in a short amount of time as well. Bill is open to answering questions and I really appreciate that especially because you want to have your work done right even if it is a small project and he was willing to advise us and help us to make this project the best that it could be. I think you for it, and I highly recommend him."

"I was in a hurry to replace the kitchen counter top. Rick called right away, gave us a very reasonable quote, and offered a great suggestion on the pattern for the linoleum. He and his son installed the new counter top today, only two days after I posted on Home Advisor. AMAZING! The new kitchen counter is beautiful! I wish we had done it sooner. "My husband and I are picky so for us to write a glowing review about Rick and Mike is a testament to their great work. We had our master bathroom remodeled in April and it was a BIG job. They demoed the entire bathroom and installed new tile flooring (heated) and totally rebuilt the shower (neo angle style) that required extreme attention to detail for the glass shower walls and doors to fit correctly. They were great to work with and we always felt comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we were away. The completed project is beautiful and we’ve had many positive compliments about it. If they’re not tired of us, we will gladly have them back for two more projects that we intend to have done."

Kyle gave me the options and worked with me guided me along the way so I made the best decisions for myself. I chose my own materials, paint color. Did my own painting and the easy stuff. He gave such great input to help me do that. The bathroom turned out amazing. The floors, dry wall, vanity, mirror, toilet reset, new trim, are all new. The tub was not replaced. Literally blown away at the dry wall work and texturing? magical blending ability and he hand shaped a corner that required custom work. Came out perfect 10/10 will hire again"

"I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue. Dorson is a man of his word and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "Excellent! Charles quote was so much less than the 3 other quotes. When asked about it I was told that the underneath of the deck only needed 1 beam replaced. Everyone else planned to tear down and replace the entire deck which put their quotes so high. On time, cleaned up everything and explained what they were doing. Charles, Scott, Steve and Jeffrey were professional. Not only will I be happy to recommend them, I already have scheduled them to replace 2400 sq. ft. of flooring in my house and replace a fence. Integrity is very important to me, I trust Charles and his crew."
