"Performed the annual service on our furnace. Cleaned several contacts. Checked for carbon monoxide which had never been done before as furnace was old and more likely to have problems. As furnace was original to house from 1996, gave a bid for a new one. Stated did not need quite yet, but we decided to buy new furnace from them and had them install. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. "We were pleased to see this special since D&R Heating had done the installation in 2008.  Kory was the service tech and he arrived on time.  He was extremely thorough in checking the furnace, heat pump and the thermostats for both of our zones. The heat pump was low on refrigerant. Kory topped it off, checked its operation with the thermostat, checked the furnace exchanges to see if our ducts needed cleaning, and gave us some pointers on our furnace/heat pump operation. We were very impressed with his work.

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"It went well.  The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did a good job.  They did damage a duct, but they repaired it immediately.  They also installed the electronic air filters backwards, and they were shorting out.  However, we fixed it ourselves with relative ease, and we believe that Aegis would have corrected it too if the error had brought to their attention."
