"The original install was in 2019. We bought the house in 2022. After multiple leaks and almost a dozen "professionals" out to inspect, no one could figure out why my ceiling was leaking. So, we decided to try to find who did the original roof and call them on a warranty. After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Cody figured it out right away.
