It had gotten off its tracks and was stuck open the evening before we were leaving on vacation. My call was answered by a polite human (!) who managed to schedule us early the following morning. The technicians arrived on schedule, explained what was needed clearly, replaced worn parts, and had the door sorted out quickly and professionally. Also fantastic was that the door was under their lifetime warrantee, so the cost for the repair was minimal. We highly recommend Precision Garage Doors Tigard."

"I hired AJ to install an electric range fill kit that I had purchased. He looked at the instuctions and examined the fill kit prior to the visit to install the kit. When he attempted to install the kit, he told me he forgot to bring a metal cutting blade, but would use a grinder to cut the steel piece to the right length. (even though he knew he would need a metal saw and blade) Then he cut one of the pieces too short, and also ruined the paint on the pieces by using the grinder. He proposed filling the gap with silicone and that I buy paint to cover it. I told him I was skeptical, and asked him if he would make it right if we didn't like the result. He looked me in the eye, smiled, and said that he would. The silicone shrunk and looked awful. Painting it would not have helped. I notified AJ that I purchased another fill kit and asked him to contact me to install it. He ghosted me and has not responded. So I had to buy another kit and also pay someone else to cut it. I really regret hiring him, and I'm so disappointed since I liked him and thought he was a trustworthy person."
