"HVAC Ministries came out on the same day, which is impressive. We had no heat and our water heater was leaking. It is difficult to get services out here to the coast at times. Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. Mr. Cortes and his crew were very professional and pleasant."

"The plumber arrived on time. Assessed the problems , made a bid and then went ahead and fixed the problems that same day. He made the bid , went out to buy the parts and returned to complete the installation . However I ended up paying over $425/ hour!!!! I thought it would be more difficult to fix the [problem but it only took the actual work about 5 hours total. I want to stress that my job was completed adequately. However, now I feel " taken" for the job provided."

"Overall I would recommend ACT air duct cleaning.  I live in a 1913 colonial and I doubt this has ever been done in this house.  I did some research on the EPAs website on this service and read a lot about it beforehand.  The team arrived on time and answered all of my questions before they got started.  I was glad I educated myself a little bit beforehand so that I knew what to expect and what questions to ask. 
The process and tools ACT uses to do their job is interesting and seems very thorough.  When reading their website I didn't understand that they were going to cut a hole in one of my air ducts.  My husband would have had a fit if they'd done that, so I told them they would have to come up with a work around for that.  They talked with Jared (owner) and then  figured out a work around.  The team was very polite and kept me informed of the process.  I will say that there is some dust associated with this process.  Meaning that you can get some "blowback" from some of the vents.  They went around with a vacume and cleaned up any mess they found from "blowback".  The team cleaned up very well and left my house as they found it.  I have noticed a big difference with the decrease in dust in my house since this service has been performed.  I'm glad I did this.

He got the machine working again by installing a new hard drive and adding more memory for increased performance. Just a couple of weeks later, the computer again was having problems. This time, Jim dianosed the culprit as being the machine's original memory. While I decided not to remove and not replace the faulty memory for the time being due to cost, Jim upgraded my operating system to enhance the overall system performance. They did a good job, but in the course of trying to sell me another service they pulled up a floor vent and made kind of a mess in my hallway, which I was not super-happy about, but it was not the end of the world. He did not ask me if he could pull up the vent and if he would have asked me I would have told him not to do it. This was the first time I used this company. They were very fast and efficient with the dryer vent cleaning and I have no complaints about that at all. I had a little trouble getting the service scheduled."
