"I received the lowest quote from Jonathan. After 10 other quotes. I even called him and he was happy to come a day early to remove our extremely heavy recliner sofa. Excellent service, and best price! I highly recommend 2 Mexicans Junk Removal."

"VERY thorough! Cleaned surfaces that hadn't seen a dust cloth in a very long time. My past experience of someone else's "deep clean" were nothing compared to this team's. They truly did a deep clean."

"Tony was professional and polite. He walked the property with me and gave me an estimate. He was on time and again by walking around with me to refresh himself as to what I needed done. He cleaned up all the downed tree limbs, leaves from last fall and debris. He then went up on the roof and blew off all the pine needles that had accumulated for the past 7 month. Finally, Tony walked the entire property to clean up the fallen debris from the roof. He must have filled 10+ big trash bags and loaded them in his truck for disposal. He went above and beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with Tony’s work and attention to detail. His bid was $270 but I gave him $300 for his excellent work!"

"Just a few minor things like not shutting off the water, leaving cups in the border, leaving sacks of soil on the lawn. Also, the debris cart was heavy I could not move it. They did an excellent job cleaning off the roof and the gutter, and the borders."

"Had a 80' x 4' area of mostly over grown plants, iris's, weeds, etc. I got a phone call from David, set up a time for him to come.give a quote and he was timely with the quote and I felt fair. He showed up the next day and knocked it out quicker than he estimated. Very friendly and I would hire again."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.

Household products such as paints, cleaners, oils, and batteries are considered hazardous and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, look for local household hazardous waste collection facilities where you can safely dispose of these items without harming the environment or human health.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

Professional lead-paint abatement companies use a variety of methods to remove lead-based paint, depending on each particular situation. Some of the most common methods include:

  • Total removal: $8–$17 per square foot

  • Demolition and replacement: $1,000–$15,000 per project

  • Encapsulation: $4 per square foot

  • Enclosure: $10 per square foot

  • Chemical stripping: $10–$17 per square foot
