When the installation team came to put it all together they realized that the person who had placed the order with the manufacturer had missed the fact that the cover was slightly too large to make a proper seal. The installation guys, who were great by the way, said they would work with All Spa to get is sorted out (new parts to make it work). Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."

"What should have been (and I was told would be) a simple and quick project (a built in bookshelf with window seat) was lengthy, frustrating, and ended with us just saying leave it how it is (with bookshelf green paint on our grey walls and damage to the bookshelf’s fr installation. This was after the team (or subcontractors) came to our house on 6 separate days for installation. One of the visits the team didn’t even show up with what they needed, did no work and left. Two of the visits were to fix problems from the installation after I had to email and send pictures of issues. From afar the bookshelf looks nice but issues up closes and the continuous hassle of two plus months of scheduling frustration and trying to get this completed and damage fixed was not worth it."

Lovett and its 60 employees have been making happy customers for 15 years servicing Oregon & Washington.

"We were one of the lucky ones to work with Lovett, County, an another Contractor on a project that we didn't want! When they got to moving our water meter and PRV, the contractor or Water company couldn't work on private property, so they hired Lovett. Where they move our PRV, it was under water. We had told them where they were putting it; that the water table is high. But, Lovett and the County said this is where it needs to go. This whole process lasted for months, I sent photos of our PRV under ice, no response but it did show up on their Facebook page, "to call if this happens to you" my photo that I had sent! I have chatted with both Scott and Gabe, plus the tech(s) on site. All (3) companies kept putting the blame on one another. I had a conference call with all 3 of them, and told them that my PRV is under 3' of water and I need help. I asked multiple times for an estimate, and no one would send me one. This whole mess started with their employee coming into our home looking at our hot water heater and mentioning where that PRV is, that we will have problems. This is in the wrong location. They did come out and move it 12", which was a complete waste of time. Again, as I mentioned it's under 3' of water. Their answer was this employee no longer works with us! Over and over! Scott told me in the very beginning, "We will take care of you, if not you can write a review". Where here I am writing a review."
