Re-Bath is the Nation's Largest Bathroom Remodeler. Since 1978, we have continued to offer customers only the best bathroom remodeling experience. Whether it's a Tub/Shower Update, Aging and Accessibility Solutions, or Complete Bathroom Remodeling, it starts with Re-Bath.

"What a roller coaster. As of the time I am typing this, my wife is a couple hours from being induced into labor. We wanted this project done so she could labor at home in a new tub, and new bathroom. One of the main selling factors was the time. ReBath would GC and it would take 9 days. That was the reason we went with them. It was a little weird having to coordinate our own electrical, but we got it sorted. Wasn’t exactly something ReBath was keen on accommodating at first, but I don’t have time for that story right now. Fast forward to the project. Given my wife’s pregnancy and the fact that we have 3 dogs, we thought it would be a good idea to get an Airbnb for the project. We stayed in an Airbnb in town for 6 days, thinking that would be the bulk of the project. Cost us an extra 1,600 bucks. The project started on Friday 8/11. It just “finished” last night, 9/6, after the painter spent 11 hours in our home to get it done. (Three coats including primer in one day?) 26 days. Nearly 3 times the promised timeframe. The room wasn’t cleaned, so I woke up early today to throw away the garbage the workers left, to mop and dust and shop vac, to put electrical covers on, and to get the room ready to move our stuff back in so our house can be somewhat ready for our new baby. The final straw was last night at about 7:30pm. This project taking so long, our stuff being all over the house, and the general state of unpreparedness we are in for our baby because of the extended work caused my wife to break down into tears last night. I had to sit there for almost an hour and comfort her because if she gets induced our baby’s crib is full of bathroom stuff. I had to watch my wife bawling because of the stress, and this wasn’t even the first time. She wanted a home birth, but they have strict blood pressure guidelines. What do you think a project like this does to a pregnant woman’s blood pressure? And the work isn’t even that great. They overextended a half wall that they had to build, which they then had to correct. Now the wall is visibly curved and the floor bounces underneath the spot they corrected because it wasn’t floated properly. They didn’t remove some plaster because the “insulation would fall”, except that there is lath underneath. This created an issue with our bathroom fan. I had to shop vac a bunch of junk out of the walls so it wouldn’t get left behind there when they dry walled. The painter decided it would be good for him to visit on a Sunday morning, which we felt obligated to accommodate because the project had already been delayed. The painter somehow got my number, even though all communication had been going through my wife, and my number was not in rebaths system. We still don’t know how he got it, or why he thought calling me was better than continuing to work with my wife. So watching my wife absolutely in bits over the stress of this, for talking so long, for doing mediocre work - that was the last straw. I DO NOT recommend this company. I will be reaching out to the CCB. I want that half wall fixed so it doesn’t annoy me every time I walk past it, but I will not allow this company back into my home. They will pay the bill for another contractor of my choosing to fix the wall. And that’s that. Edit: The painting is garbage too. They didn’t tape anything off, just hand painted the trim. It is uneven as can be. There’s spot of paint all over our brand new floors. This company should be ashamed."

PG Tile specializes in custom installation of tile, marble, granite, slate, and travertine in both: new construction and remodeling projects. We offer IN HOME consultations and design services.

"This was a remodel in a 50-year-old condo, installation of a radiant heat system. From beginning to end, the project went perfectly, without a hitch. Paul and his sons did beautiful work, of a very high standard and quality of workmanship. Once started, the project proceeded quickly, with no slowdowns or missed days. The job site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were all very pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend PG Tile and would certainly use them for future projects."

Bathtub Restoration questions, answered by experts

For Mcminnville homes, inspect sinks each fall for cracks, worn caulking, or signs of water damage before the rainy season. In winter, monitor for condensation and shifting due to settling. Spring is ideal for checking winter-related wear and planning major surface refinishing projects, while summer’s low humidity offers optimal conditions for reglazing. Monthly, look for chips and test sink stability to catch issues early.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in Mcminnville, start by evaluating your kitchen sink for heavy wear, chips, or previous amateur repairs, since these see frequent use. Check bathroom sinks, especially in older homes, for stability and damage around faucets. Ensure any existing reglazing meets OR safety standards, and plan future projects for late spring or early summer. Prioritize sinks by condition, usage, and your overall renovation goals.

Helpful?

Before starting sink reglazing in Mcminnville, review if your property is in a historic district and check local building guidelines. Choose professionals experienced with local homes and confirm they carry insurance. Test for lead paint in homes built before 1978, plan for proper ventilation, and prepare for water shutoffs. Scheduling during dry months and confirming material availability can help avoid unexpected delays.

Helpful?

In Mcminnville, high humidity and seasonal weather shifts can affect sink reglazing curing times and overall adhesion. Local HOA rules and historic preservation guidelines may influence your project. Consider the availability of specialized contractors, the need for proper disposal of old materials, and how reglazing chemicals might impact well water systems. These factors are especially important during any bathroom renovation.

Helpful?

In Mcminnville, homes built before the 1960s often feature unique sink mounts, tight cabinetry, or pedestal sinks that can complicate surface refinishing. Watch for shifting sinks, visible water stains, or limited workspace beneath countertops. Outdated plumbing or electrical systems and possible asbestos in pre-1980 homes may require extra precautions. Noticing these factors early helps ensure a smoother sink reglazing process.
