"We have hired TDI Homes several times thru the years - to build our backyard shed, add a laundry room into our garage and build a 700 sq ft additional dwelling unit on our property. Tony’s work is excellent, he communicates well and he is reliable. I would hire him again for future projects."

"Derek responded promptly to our request for a bid, and provided the written bid within a day or two of looking at our project. He and his crew were great to work with; professional and friendly. We are happy with the results. Some of the plants Derek suggested and planted were eaten by deer and elk within days of being planted, and he willingly replaced them with more deer resistent varieties. The only suggestion I have is better communication on those days when the schedule changes so the customer isn't left sitting around waiting for someone to show up (thus the 4.5 rating for customer service). A quick text would solve that problem. Seems as though contractors don't feel the need to do that, but I view it as a common courtesy so the homeowner can adjust their schedule accordingly. It's beyond frustrating to make plans to be home and then realize hours later that nobody is going to show up. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but communication is important and goes a long way! We would recommend this contractor!"

"West Lake Construction contacted me after my inquiry on Angies List, and by that time I already had several companies submit bids for my roof project. The "other guys" tell you one thing and then when you finally see the contracts it's a different price or they leave it open ended in order to jack up prices. W.L.C. come up with a proposal quickly and stuck to it with no surprises. The job itself was done incredibly fast with not a trace of debris left to show that they had ever been there. Would not hesitate to utilize W.L.C. again for more future projects. Thank you from Gregory Ziak from Astoria, Oregon."

"I purchased a home to basically gut it and rework it from the ground up. Pacific Performance came in and took the project on for me. They did an immaculate job helping my vision become a reality, quite literally from the ground up. They helped by offering a variety of material options to me so that we could find the perfect fit for my home and completed it with exceptional timing. 10/10 would recommend for any future remodeling needs."

"Project Manager Maya was a great asset, made everything go smooth and reach quality production! Very happy with our roofed deck addition and thanks to Elmer for the great construction."

"I didn’t have high expectations because I just moved in a new place. For 189 dollars, no one would do that. It was fine. "
