"Gregg contacted me immediately after I asked for a quote through Home Advisor. He was able to come out and set up traps the next day. I had seen 5 raccoons in my yard and under my deck. He came out and checked the traps and refreshed the bait every other day. In between those times, he checked with me via text to see if I saw anything in the traps.
