Francisco did a great job cleaning out clogged gutters. Very fair price and thorough work!

Two crew (owner+1) worked hard all day to clean roof of moss and debri in gutters (despite the fact that I have LEAF GUARD. I have lots of pine and maple trees near my house. Applied moss retardent and explained it should last 2 years and if not, call and they will reapply. Cleaned up all the debri from the ground after they completed. Competitve Bid with flexible schedule to meet my own.

He arranged a visit quickly. He inspected the roof and did the repairs I asked for, without hard upselling. He did not invoice for the job until he completed it.

Francisco came out right away to fix a broken tile off our roof. He explained what he did to fix it and guaranteed his work. Thank you very much!!

Francisco at extreme exterior care called and we discussed 6 inch vent install. Price went up due to home advisor $76 charge. I paid 250 for 6 inch vent install. We agreed on 8:30 job start on wednesday. He didn't show so i called him at 8:50. He said he had to go to dump first so he arrived later at 10:30. Once he got here, he and his helper quickly did the work. He needs work on planning and communication.

Very hard working crew and super conscious about cleaning up every day. They also repaired some storm damaged gutters. Price was excellent and I was totally happy with the results.

I hired Francisco to removed the moss on my roof, cut a hedge, and to level the ground in an area of my garden. Francisco and his team were great! They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and would certainly hire him again in the future.

Francisco went above and beyond in sourcing replacement soffit material. The original, damaged by a tree falling in an ice storm, was aluminum. He found vinyl (only material currently available) that was a close match. We had an eight week delay for insurance payment and other work before he could start, and he stuck with it. Would definitely use them again.

I had a cement tile roof with heavy moss. The manager/owner was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was courteous accommodating and on time. The bid to clean the roof and treat the tiles with moss prevention chemicals included a two year warranty. It also included flexibility for minor tile repairs and inspection of flashings. His crew was thorough, careful with shrubbery and careful to clean neighboring house walls impacted by overspray during the cleaning. I was very satisfied with the results and the interactions with the crew. I would strongly recommend Extreme Exterior Care, LLC without reservation.

Francisco is very trustworthy and honest. His team helped us with a garage roof and siding repair as well as treating our home roof for moss and replacing some vents. Francisco was helpful in explaining everything to us as we are new homeowners and being cooperative and helpful when we were making decisions of what to fix now vs what can wait. We have hired Francisco and his crew twice and will definitely use them again. The quality of their work as well as their work ethic is amazing. We had the gutters cleaned (2 were on a very high garage with a steep pitched roof) as well as moss cleaning and removal on that steep roof as well as the house. We just had the gutters cleaned again for this year, but there is absolutely no moss on the roofs. Francisco's customer service (and friendliness) are outstanding. He takes pride in his work. I absolutely recommend his services. Outstanding.
