They did a good job. They have been very accommodating and have been working very good.

We had a shower faucet handle break and at the same time, decided to not turn off fully. I knew it was coming and had previously bought a whole faucet kit. When the faucet broke, I pull off the old cover and saw copper piping and knew this was not a job that I could do. After seeing the reviews here we called Robert Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, Robert called and was here within an hour. He explained to my wife that the kit I bought would be a big, expensive job and he could just fix the faucet that was already there. Plus I think I bought the wrong kit to begin with. :) He was finished in an hour. New handle and overhauled the faucet. Very professional and pleasant. We have a new plumber! :)

We didn't have one problem. They were just wonderful. They were always on time. I would recommend them to others.

While visiting my father, I found out the pilot light on the hot water heater wasn't staying lit. I found out a different company (I didn't
get the name, otherwise, I'd add a negative review on them) had come out and had apparently banged a wrench against the heater in attempt to and quot;fix it.and quot; They said if it continued to act up, it would have to be replaced and quoted $2,000!!! for the job. $2,000 to replace a hot water heater isn't just steep, it's insane. I heard that they had also been out several times at $200 per visit but didn't replace the thermocouple and instead just re-lit the pilot light each time.
I found North Valley Plumbing through Angie's list and called. I spoke with the owner who said he'd have someone come out to the house. I assumed that meant much later in the day, so when their van pulled up about 20 minutes later, I was very pleasantly surprised.
So right from the start I was impressed. But that was just the beginning of how impressive North Valley Plumbing is and how impressed I was with their service.
Robert was very professional and listened to our tale of woe. He identified the problem and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and was very courteous and friendly. He didn't have the correct size part with him and said he had to go pick up a new one and would be right back. He kept his word and was back very quickly. He charged what the part cost him.
Since I don't live in the area, I told Robert if more work is needed, I'll definitely call North Valley Plumbing again. Definitely a great shop with great people.

They arrived when they said they would. Did the job and seemed to really care that we were satisfied.
