"My experience with Fulltime Contractor (Jason Olinger) was VERY disappointing. The project, contracted for an eight-week timeline, remained largely unfinished more than 2 years later. Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. There was almost no meaningful oversight, and serious problems were routinely blamed on his crew (Jason wouldn't take responsibility). Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. The problem was his unwillingness to correct mistakes if it reduced his profit. He requested progress payments while work remained incomplete. I strongly urge others to go with a different contractor, one who actually cares about your home."

At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing.
