I recently moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, and I could not have asked for a better experience than what Atlantic Relocation provided! From start to finish, the service was amazing. The crew was professional, efficient, and handled everything with the utmost care. They were friendly, punctual, and made sure to accommodate all my needs during the entire move. Elizabeth from customer service was great responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in ensuring my move went smoothly. I highly recommend Atlantic Relocation to anyone planning a long-distance move. It might not be the cheapest option on the market, but well worth the money. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made this move seamless and stress-free. Thank you for an excellent job!

TL:DR Only use this company if you want last minute cancellations, unknown companies/people in your homes(sub-contractors), your unloaders to be hired off of craigslist, last minute cancellations (2 hrs into their three hour window) and for the promises of their contract to not be met. DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU, they will not be wearing Atlantic Relocation Shirts or use rugs in your home. When I began working with the company Natalie was very helpful. We talked about the move, determined the estimate, and discussed the difference between brokers and carriers. She shared the website for safer web and showed how another company was only a broker with 1 truck but that Atlantic Relocation had several trucks. By sharing all of this, she gave the appearance that I would be working with Atlantic and their employees through-out the move. This was important to me as a single person, I would be alone with the movers and wanted to know that the people were employed and vetted through their company. . I paid my deposit and we planned for the move in mid July. I heard nothing from the company. On July 9th, I emailed Natalie and the email immediately bounced back to me. I emailed their main email but did not receive a response and called their number but never received a call back. On July 15th I received an email from Michael Peyton confirming the original move date, which I had communicated that I needed to change and change the amount of items on the order. I spoke with Michael that day and had a follow up email with him the next. Everything was set for my move on July 25th. The three men seemed professional, helpful, and great to work with that day, though in hindsight, I don't think they were actual employees of this company but subcontractors. I was very thankful for it going smoothly on the front end of the move. On the delivery side, it has been difficult.... On 8/6 I was texted that the truck would be here between 3-6 on 8/7. At 5 on 8/7 I received a text that the driver had an additional stop and would not be here until 8/8 at 9am. When I called multiple times and finally received a call back with an "apology" when I asked for a discount Danha told me that it would not happen. I requested a call from a manager and was told that I would receive one on 8/8. The truck arrived on Thursday but then was delayed two hours because they didn't have a second person to unload. After calls to the main number, Michael, and texts to Michael and Elizabeth, I still had not heard from a manager. When the second guy arrived, I was required to pay my balance without any further communication. Otherwise I would have been charged extra for "refusing" my delivery. They finally started at almost 12pm. The truck was not an Atlantic Truck, it was ALL State Move. Vlad and Ace were efficient. As they brought things off the truck we directed to the house, car, garage or truck. While I was directing them, one of them brought the items upstairs. a Majority of the boxes were labeled by the company LV, MBR, GBR, BA, and K for Living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. According to my contract they would be placed in the proper room and my bed would be reassembled. However, all of my boxes and furniture were in the dining room. The bed was put in the bedroom but was not unwrapped nor set up. In the end I found out that Ace had found the job on Craiglist at 8:30 Thursday morning. And now I'm finding that I paid to move quite a bit of air and paper. the boxes are significantly under packed causing an increase in volume. To Recap. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, do not communicate, subcontract without any mention of it in their contracts, cancel last minute, underpack boxes, and hire people off of Craiglist for cash.

This is either a complete scam of a company, or they are just like 95% of the moving companies out there trying to rip people off. They told me they would take an american express for deposit saying that is how I should know they are not a scam, then a few days later when they call to tell me the time the trucks would be there, they said cash or check only. So I asked to cancel...nope too late to cancel and they keep my deposit. They completely undersold me on how much it was going to cost anyways. I walked through the house and sent pictures and they said it would take about 1400 sqft so that is what the quote was for. When I had a real moving company come and load the truck it ended up taking about 2200 sqft of space. So the quote meant nothing. Also, the guy on the phone said they were a 7 year old company, his boss said they were 2-3 years old. The website was registered about 5-6 months ago. The manager told me that he clearly told me over the phone they did not take credit card for the pickup after he listened to the recording. I was not told I was being recorded when he called me and he would not send me the recording either because he definitely did not say that. The logo is stolen off another website that was around 5+ years ago. The address for the company is a completely different moving company in which I called and they have never heard of this company. This company created a name that sounds very similar to a large real one Atlantic Relocation Systems" to sound more legit. This company does not claim themselves on yelp because they say it is not legit. They may be a moving company, but they will try and scam you for extra money along the way. They will certainly up charge you from your quote, and you will probably be lucky to get all of your things delivered to you with the way they run the 'company'. Just save yourself a headache and pick one of the large ones.

The team turned what could have been a stressful journey into a smooth transition for my family and me. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone facing an interstate move and would certainly enlist their expertise for any future relocations. We had a FANTASTIC experience with Atlantic relocation across the tristate!team were extremely professional, friendly, and treated our belongings with the upmost care. The team was so efficient and dare I say my partner and I were relaxed during the process!whole team really went above and beyond, stopping in between the move to pick up some additional items, and still being quick to arrive at our final destination.
