Get matched with top subcontractors in Rainier, OR

"We would highly recommend Superior Building Concepts for your next project. After many over priced quotes, underpriced quotes with a wink and a nod to do this small job without permit, or contractors that stopped by to provide a quote that we never heard from again we received a referral from Angie's list for Superior Building Construction.  Stan came by, gave us a reasonable quote then followed up with a very professional and complete contract.  We signed with Superior and were pleasantly surprised with the continued professionalism.  We received compete drawings with architectural choices.  After our selection, it was put through the permit process.  At each point we received proper communication from Stan. Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. This remodel was a pleasant experience and Stan and his team made the difference. You can be confident in your project if you select Superior Building Concepts."

"Dave did a wonderful job replacing 2 porch posts . Reasonable price. Good work. Enjoyed talking with him while he did his work. will use NCC again on a timber planter retaining wall."

"Tony has now helped with two of my personal remodel projects. He's done everything from structural beams, framing, entire bathrooms, to architectural carpentry & woodworking. He's efficient and bring solutions rather than "problems". Worth every $ and will hire again."

"Elm was amazing to work with, Joe was a great project manager and everything we asked for was provided. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or anything else. Elm is amazing quick and was reliable. Thanks again for the service!"

"I got 3 bids on painting the interior of my home - all where wildly outrageous - Val cam in with a reasonable bid and did exceptional work. This was the best contractor experience I’ve ever had."

"I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Not only did he do a professional job, he fixed the baseboards where they were not done right. He pulled them out and fixed them and replaced for a very reasonable price for the whole job. Not only would I use Matt again, I have already recommended him to my coworkers!"

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"Conner and Eric were great! I was becoming jaded with contractors and businesses coming to my home to offer bids - talking down to me and telling me what I want. I know what I want and I know what I'm hiring for and Conner and Eric were respectful and knowledgeable and funny - I was impressed and that is hard to do. DaBella will be my first call for anything I need that they provide! Well done boys!!!"

"Chuy was professional and work was perfect; I’d hire him again"
