"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"Ben arrived on time and seemed friendly, professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, after few weeks, we feel he was more of a salesman than anything. Which is fine, really, as that's what his job was. But, he said that he could save us a few hundred dollars by not having a professional mold analyzer come out as he could see we had "white and black mold". We had a mold remediation contractor come out and he said that it was actually illegal to label something as "white and black mold" and felt that that was a scare tactic. Apparently, only when it is analyzed, can that determination be made. "Black mold" is a misnomer, and some that appear black are actually harmless. While we do have visible mold, we now feel he should not have used the terms he did, and possibly he said that just to get us to sign us with his company quickly. In addition, Ben said to please ask any questions, and while he was responsive for a few questions, he answers dwindled down to one line of "Sounds like a plan" when that didn't answer my question at all. So, I wrote again, with several questions on the 17th, and never heard back. Yes, there was a holiday, so I gave him extra time to answer, but still nothing. So, I switched professionalism and responsiveness from As to Ds due to the above and we won't be using Revival."

"Technician was skilled, efficient and thoughtful. In addition to work mentioned above, he removed deck boards close to house prior to demolition company, took down an old satellite dish and all cables, took down a child "climbing wall" in bedroom, took down old blinds from 5 windows, repaired the garden gate and other miscellaneous tasks. All areas were neatly calked. Projects took about two days. Cost $2,058.92"

"An Outstanding Home Remodel with Compass Contractors! We recently completed a total home remodel with Compass Contractors, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly positive. The quality of their work is truly excellent. Our house has been completely transformed, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. Beyond the exceptional work, what truly set Compass Contractors apart was their outstanding communication. We were kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire project stress-free. A huge shout-out to Derek and Matt, who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are not only highly skilled professionals but also genuinely kind and approachable individuals. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations, anticipating our needs and offering valuable insights. Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
