The original air gap utilized a 7/8" rubber hose, which was already connected and changed to something that would not work. There was no replacing anything, as all the old plumbing was eliminated and just required new plastic pipe. The time for this job was outrageous for a job that was an hour max and the price? well...785 dollars for this? Never again will we use D and F, this price is outrageous for such a small job....."
