This company was very professional, curtious, and very respectful, they got here quickly to replace my sewer line that collapsed, they were very knowledgeable and didnt try to up sell me or sell me services i didnt need, would use this company again. Highly recommend these guys....

I needed 200 feet of my sewer main replaced quickly, this company showed up, worked quickly, kept me informed with the process every step of the way, and also left my place and yard in better condition then it was when they got there. Highly recommend this company.

The job was to replace 100+ foot sewer line. The work was done quickly, passed inspection & adequately handled several complications. Complaints stem from carelessness, damaged property, promises made & not fulfilled, & large changes in completion cost without specific documentation. Concerns were minimized & assurance of referrals for inexpensive driveway solutions not fulfilled. Fences were totally destroyed (â I am not a carpenterâ ). Solar lighting & garden figures were destroyed despite taking responsibility to move them. A large mobile planter box was saved by my son who was on site at the time. While I understood they wouldnâ t repair damage to landscaping, it seemed decimation of hedges & bushes was excessive with no attempts to minimize. Dirt was not leveled, with holes & hills left behind in the mud & rain as the job finished. Several weeks of shoveling to level dirt & trench to prepare for gravel driveway, unearthed beer bottles, fast food debris & large amounts of asphalt & heavy concrete partially buried. Further, a verbal promise (stated several times) to remove a large amount of uprooted folliage"as a courtesy," was demurred. False statements were also made to adjoining neighbor with shared easement who had work included on his property. My overall impression is that the sewer work was accomplished to standards, but work performance was sloppy, estimated damage minimized & then exceeded, promises & assurances made loosely & not honored, increased costs lacked detailed explanation, as requested. Mike is fast & personable, but seemed anxious to get on to the next job & lacked follow-thru. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before starting work with this contractor.

I really appreciated how they informed us every step of the was no surprises never let us down on time and it was a hard long job and everything worked out well. They did some extra things for us on there time.

He was very easy to work with on time respectful addressed all my concerns that I had. He installed a very large and heavy dog grooming bathtub. He had to redo plumbing to accommodate the new tub. I will Definitely use him again, very honest and did not take advantage of me.

They were super professional very polite, when I reached out to find someone to come they were responsive, came in within the hour. Both gentleman that came out were friendly. I had a great experience!

Contractor is being prosecuted for fraud. They fixed a supposed carbon monoxide leak, they said that they had to change a regulator. Instead of installing a new regulator, the old regulator was painted to look like new. They hid a 6 ft hose between the sink and the dishwasher. They falsified the bill.

Be patient there were a few delays because of family. This is a family run business. They went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the leaking main, they found a leak in the drain, they fixed it and checked and flushed my septic tank for the price I was quoted by several other companies. I can't say enough about how well I was treated.

Hired them to do a tough shower job in a tight space. They're still in process at the moment, but the guys are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. So far they're doing a good job. P.s. its hot in there and they're working away.

They came as soon as someone was free and were creative and hard working to get things in working order for us to host my family! Getting our clogged pipes fixed felt as important to them as it was to us! We even got advice for potential future improvements!

I had a leak in a water heater hose that required a pro. I contacted Chad and his team arranged for someone to come out the same day. Mike was competent, friendly and got the job done-- being very careful to double check the system. He also offered some recommendations that I will act on. The cost was fair for this situation. I strongly recommend this company.

They were great and walked me though everything they said they would do they are courteous and professional and they own up to their name and service was truly above and beyond everything was great.

I needed repairs to sewer line and water pipes per inspection report form a buyer for the house. I contact Above and Beyond and from the start Mike was professional and stated known facts. I e-mailed him the inspection report so he could give me estimates based on inspection information. Unfortunately many things went amiss and needed extra work. Mike explained what else was needed very clearly. My husband died recently and this was a tough road to travel without him. The crew was excellent and went "above and beyond" to help me with the issues that seemed to keep arising. I appreciate their focus on repairing things correctly and keeping the customer in the loop.
