"your team was very impressive. We had other people out there inspecting the crawlspace, but no one except for The Crawlspace Crew had the guts to crawl the whole thing in the not so pretty parts of the crawlspace, and because of that we noticed that he had a broken pipe and leak. You were very impressive with your services, I wish you did plumbing too! I believe one of your guys is a home inspector (Travis I think?), and he was really thorough and good and he is on the maintenance board for the HOA and he wants to recommend to every one of their homeowners that we inspect their crawlspace."

"Chris and Joel were great, they were in and out and our water heater was rewired and sump pump wired in no time at all."

"Forest Landscaping did a great job -- they ended up going a bit deeper than initially expected to get a solid base, but I am very pleased with what was done. "I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you."

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.

If you have a sink stopper, it can feel more challenging to clean the drain without removing it, but here are a few simple steps:

  • Pour ½ cup baking soda into the drain using a funnel

  • Pour 1 ½ cups vinegar into the drain

  • Close the sink stopper for 15–20 minutes

  • Open the drain

  • Pour 2 cups of boiling water down the drain (be cautious as boiling water can damage some types of pipes)

If the drain isn’t unclogged, repeat the process.

If your drain line is clogged, your AC might stop cooling, shut down, or refuse to turn on at all. Otherwise, you might see your AC leaking water, find standing water or water damage near the unit, or notice a musty smell coming out of your air conditioner or vents.

On average, a plumber will take 30 minutes to two hours to clear a clogged drain. If the clog is located close to the drain or an access point and isn’t severe, the project will take about half an hour.
