"Roof Tek came out quickly, gave an estimate for the work on the spot and then repaired the day after we called to hire them. They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

The guys made sure to close the gates as they worked so my dogs would not escape and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Great experience--- I believe that Jason and his crew recognize that customers pay their bills and that personal referrals are like gold. "Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC.
