Also the billing practices with this job were shaky at best - just now, five months after the job was fully paid for, we received a mysterious bill for roughly $350 supposedly for some error that was recently discovered! So overall most of the job got done satisfactorily but it was a far cry from the exemplary work and service I received from John's several years ago when our encapsulation system was installed. I can only give an overall rating of OK since I know there must be better out there."
