My neighbor referred Lisa and her crew. At first l was skeptical but my neighbor is more picky than me so l diceded to try her housekeeping service. Lisa far exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad June recommended her. I read the 1 bad review on Lisa and was amused. As anyone who's used the Dust Deputy's service knows, Lisa is the complete opposite from what that woman described. I can only assume that reviewer was projecting their own evil thoughts and deeds. I feel bad that Lisa and her team were treated so horribly by such an awful person. Lisa is very soft spoken, kind, patient, and understanding. She always has a pleasant smile and works very hard to please. I feel very lucky to have found The Dust Deputy. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

After submitting a request for cleaning services through Angi s List, I was contacted by the owner of Dust Deputy LLC. She explained that she and two workers would perform a move-out cleaning at my home in Newberg, Oregon for $35 per hour per person. She stated they would need no more than four hours. Since we were preparing our home for real estate listing photos, we thoroughly cleaned the house ourselves the day before. We only needed light touch-ups to be done, such as polishing and detail work. This was to help reduce the time and cost of the job. Once the cleaners arrived, we gave a quick overview of the house and left. We returned after four and a half hours. Before they started working, I asked about a contract or agreement, and she told me there was nothing to sign. When I expressed concern and said that wasn t how professional services typically work, she told me that wasn t how business worked, and dismissed my concerns entirely. When we got back, we found that almost nothing had been done. A single toilet had been cleaned, the microwave had been wiped, and the floor beneath the fridge had been swept. That was it. Our Ring camera footage also showed the owner leaving the property four separate times during the cleaning window, despite the fact that we were being charged hourly for her time. When I confronted her, she became aggressive and threatening. She criticized the condition of my home, despite it being clean, and admitted to going through my personal drawers and books. After finding an LGBTQ+ romance novel, she began screaming at me with homophobic and misogynistic language. She called me a filthy liberal cunt, backed me into a corner, and told me I deserved to die. She continued threatening me, saying I should sleep with one eye open and that she would burn my house down. I asked her multiple times to leave. She refused. Eventually, she threw a chunk of her vacuum cleaner at me and left. After she was gone, I called the Newberg Police Department and filed a report. This was a terrifying and traumatic experience. I have not heard from her since, but I am extremely concerned that she is continuing to enter people s homes. Her behavior was threatening, invasive, and violent. She should not be in this line of work She now has a comment up that is untrue. I didn t just file for bankruptcy. I m actually including a letter showing I successfully completed my bankruptcy on 11/25/24 and all payments were made. I can submit a copy of my height and weight too if needed. I m 5 3 and 177lbs so her comment about me being this towering, intimidating person isn t true and it s unkind. I ve also included pictures from where I texted people what happened and pictures of my home that were how we had it staged 2 hours after they left. My house was clean, it sold within 8 hours of listing it. If it was stinky and gross, that wouldn t have happened.

Lisa arrived promptly and I showed her house and what I wanted done.The first day I hired her for 2 hours just to see how she would do the job and I was very happy with her work.The second day she arrived with Shawn who got to work on my kitchen. Both are hard working respectful people who work well together and left my home cleaner than it had been in a long time.Her rates are very fair and well earned.I will call her again and probably set up re occuring dates for her to come and keep everything looking clean and sparkling. I am very happy to have found The Dust Deputy and feel certain you will too.
