Jim arrived old faucet was pulled out and new one installed in no time.

Wow what a job, they worked all day digging & trenching removing old product and installing a new pipe for draining the water away from the house. They plan on finishing up tomorrow, filling in the holes leveling ground and cleaning up the area. I can't say enough good things about this company. It all comes down from the owner Jim what a nice person to know and deal with.

Jim was unable to clear drain, this type of material will break sometimes, this time it did. Jim prepared estimate for replacing the drain with a new material.

He arrived near the time he said he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and did part of the work the first trip. We paid him for that hours he worked. He left us to look for the special parts needed for our water system. He contacted us a couple days later with the materials and came out that day and completed fixing the problem. He flushed out our water tank that holds the water from our well and the hot water heater because we were having dirty sentiment in the water. He installed a new valve for pressure release, installed a check valve so the water would not back up in the system, he plumbed the overflow valve to the outside of our well house. (it was spitting all over the inside of our small small Well building and he changed our filter. He advised us as to what to do if the pump had a problem again. He was clear that he is not a WELL guy and only worked on the plumbing issues. If we continue to have problems beyond what he had fixed we needed to call a WELL guy. He is a great guy and easy to talk to. Most of all he follows through. Plumbing is not a cheap service but we would have give him an A for pricing too! but for the sticker shock at the end of the service. He is good but be prepared for the bill. He did give us a 15% senior discount.

Jim is an outstanding professional.    Very competent, Very clean, Very courteous.    I am always pleased with his work.

He is also a veteran who now runs his own company.

He is the only plumber I use now!!

Excellent

Went very well arrived on time, did his trouble shooting and got right to work installing my new faucet.  Then checked both bathroom to see if those faucets needed replacing, one did.  To be installed the next day.
Anthony arrived ask about best route in and out of house, covered floors got into his booties and preceeded to do a great job installing my new bath faucet.

Arrived on time went right to work, keeps work area nice and lets you know what he is doing.  Always cleans up after him self, has time for a chat after everything is finished.  I have a house with odd plumbing, done by previous owner.  Jim has fixed every problem that has come his way.

My renters called after hours to report clogged toilets in both bathrooms.
I called three plumbers and Jims is the only one who called back.  I explained the problem and they sent out a repairman right away.  They fixed the problem and left me a detailed report.  I didn't get a bargain price due to the afterhours situation, but I'm very pleased they took care of my problem.  I would use them again.

He was available to come out on the same day that I called. He explained everything very well. He went over the prices and options with me. I liked that he gave me the choices for how to handle it. He was out all day and he ended up doing a lot of work. He fixed all of the little things leading up to the big problem, rather than just fixing the big problem. I do not know how the price is in relation, but it felt high. He was more professional that I expected from a plumber.

He is a really delightful person, was prompt and fixed it!
