Great. Arrived on time, unclogged, and gone.

He finished everything that the insurance company paid for. He did not finish what I paid him for the extras. He never did. Insurance wasn't going to pay for painting walls so I had to pick it up. They never came back and finished. The employees were great. I would recommend the workers. They had great workers. The owner was impossible to get the work finished. They cut the wire too short and they had to put it back up. They never finished. With the things they finished, I have no complaints.

They did a great job, informative and helpful about care of water heater.

I had dug out around the water pipe where it was leaking and I had Servco come and replace the section of pipe that was bad . it did not take very long and the serviceman had all the supplies that he needed on his truck which consisted of two compression clamps and a piece of pipe .

Even though this company is not local, they were recommended and I found paying the additional charge for milage worthwhile, and have hired them 2 times.
The professional plumber was courteous and informative. He worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. His communication skills were excellent. enjoyed working with him and would (and have) hired him again.

SERVCO is a rare company and came in (we already had two other bids to compare) and really asked questions and found out what not only our hopes were but our budget and historic home needs! They researched for us and came up with a low profile system (crucial to keep w/integrity of the Queen Anne 120 year old style) that could be installed one floor at a time (we have three) and they worked with us to build an account with them paying what we can afford each month so we can get the system of our dreams! BEST COMPANY AROUND!

Another Saturday emergency (good thing they are OPEN Saturday at no additional charge)! Kord came and not only fixed the leak but replaced bad parts and showed us (teach a man to fish) how to problem shoot next time so it doesn't get this bad. We have 120 year old, historic home and it is important to respect the integrity of that and they did above and beyond!

This was an emergency Saturday situation and Kord came out and not only fixed the problem we called about but fixed a few others while there and told us what to look for! We called SERVCO because we knew we could trust them with our elderly parents and they did not let us down! Highly recommend!

They are very good and their service is outstanding; infact they go beyond their call of duty. I had a situation with my dryer and I didn't know for how long it wasn't cleaned. They came and cleaned it. After a few weeks when I went outside I found out that there was no protective cover for the vent and I was unaware if one should be there. Then I went up to a Servco personal who was servicing someone else in the property and asked him the same. He then looked at it and told me that he would be right back and went to the hardware store to get one, which he didn't have to do. He didn't call his sales person nor did he consult anyone, instead he spent a good hour with it out of his schedule. He then got it and fixed things and when I asked him to send me a bill; he said that was not required as it was just a few bucks. He went beyond his duty and did it, infact was apologetic saying it might have been overlooked by the service ma the last time. He also told that he would go back to the store and keep them informed as they want to render quality service, which they rendered. I haven't seen him before, but he still went on to do things and everyone in the town say they are the best. They were reasonable even initially when I used them and they were excellent on quality as well as responsiveness. Initially, when the manager had called them they came right away as they thought it was an emergency and dealt with things. They are the only ones I will ever use in the future.

It went great! The plumber arrived almost immediately after I called, diagnosed the problem, performed the work, and tested the result. Luckily it looks like all that was needed was the snaking. I really appreciate the prompt response and professionalism of the Servco team, especially since the first plumber I called was like 'I don't do drains" and the second outfit never even returned my call!
